Poppy style is a combination of brightness, naturalness and the symbolism that this flower carries. The poppy, with its bright red petals and black seeds, is often associated with memory, passion and tranquility. In various cultures, it symbolises not only beauty but also transformation, life and death.

Colour Palette

The main colour is a rich red, which can be used both in highlights and in the main elements of the décor. It is important to combine it with more neutral shades – white, beige or grey – to balance the brightness and create a harmonious space. Black and deep green can be used to add contrast and depth.

Furniture and Textiles

Furniture can be made of natural wood, emphasising the connection with nature. For textiles, fabrics with floral patterns, reminiscent of poppy fields, are suitable. They can be curtains, cushions or carpets. You can also use monochrome fabrics in rich colours to accentuate the beauty of poppies.

Decor

Decorative elements include paintings or photographs depicting poppies, vases with real or artificial flowers, and various pieces of art inspired by nature. Glass or ceramic vases in the shape of poppies are a striking accent.

Symbolism

Poppies are often associated with memory. In this context, poppy style interior design serves not only as an aesthetic but also as a deeply symbolic space, reminding you of the importance of life and memory.

Conclusion

A poppy style interior is not only a visually appealing space, but also a profound space, rich in symbolism. It can be a place where the beauty of nature connects with personal and cultural meanings, creating an atmosphere of peace, harmony and inspiration

Nice but not sure I would be decorate a flat with this style. It can be too much, of course from my style. On a corner a small detail of it maybe.
